Shipment Information

Processing Time:

Once an order is placed, there is usually a 20-30 business day turnaround time before shipping. Please understand that our products are custom pet portraits and handcrafted pet-related items, so they require an inordinate amount of time compared to regular items.

Shipping Time:

We can provide worldwide shipping service, excluding some remote, war-torn countries.

lFor orders in the United States, the usual international shipping time is 5-8 business days.

lOther countries in Europe, the Middle East and parts of Asia will take 12-15 business days.

lWhen we have a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed, especially during the holiday season. Please allow for additional shipping days.

After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation message, and after your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation message via text and/or email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for processing before tracking your package. You can also contact us via email for assistance.

Track Your Package:

Lovy Custom Pets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If no one is home to receive the package, the courier may leave it at your door. We have no control over what happens to a package once it shows a "Delivered" status, and we will not replace or refund orders that are scanned as "Delivered" by the courier.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed in transit. Therefore, once we have shipped an item, please keep track of the logistics status of your package, which can be found at "Track Your Order".

If there is any problem with the delivery or tracking number of your package, please contact us at [email protected], we will help you to urge the logistics company to check.

What happens if I enter an incorrect address?

lIf you have provided us with an incorrect address, please email us at [email protected] and we will change it to the correct address only if your item has not yet shipped.

lIf your item has already shipped, you will be charged a 45% restocking fee. We are not responsible for resending the item to your new address, so please be sure to enter the correct address when placing your order!

lIf your order is returned due to an incorrect address, insufficient ad
ress, abandoned or refused package, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from your order.

 

What are duties and taxes and who pays them?

Import duties and taxes are levied by the local government primarily (but not exclusively) to protect the local economy and to regulate international trade.

Customs clearance and payment of import taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. Lovy Custom Pets is not responsible for customs formalities or for any type of taxes charged to you upon delivery of your purchase.

Please note that import taxes are not the same as shipping costs, which will be added to your order before confirming your purchase. Lovy Custom Pets is not responsible for import taxes, which are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authorities.
